New Business Development Executive

  • Strong presentation and in-person presence (as well as phone)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong, dedicated work ethic
  • Ability to address points of resistance (we have a quality product and service – we need the customer to recognize this)
  • High level of time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to clearly elucidate complex subjects in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Strong professionalism, diplomacy, and sensitivity to critical issues
  • Four year undergraduate bachelor’s degree (concentration in sales or marketing a plus)
  • Energy or commodities background (a plus)
  • 10 years proven sales experience
  • Ability to close sales
