OIL BRIEF: Iran Says Diplomatic Path Shut

Iran said the path to a diplomatic solution with the U.S. had closed after the Trump administration imposed sanctions against its supreme leader and other top officials; Saudi Aramco can keep its oil flowing if Hormuz is disrupted; The malaise in the top oil-consuming region is a warning sign for OPEC+.
